State-of-the-art computer technology an Inline Tube exclusive

Our laser scanners allow Inline Tube to precision scan and program all original factory lines with the accuracy of .005, or the equivalent of a human hair.  This means no guess work or human interpretation of lengths or angles.  Scanning is the most critical step to achieving an accurate part shape.  The information scanned from this machine is then compiled to form a blueprint and downloaded to one of 8 computer controlled benders.

The next step to the process is to have computer controlled benders that can read the computer files directly from the programming equipment above.  This bender is connected to the main computer and uses the data right from the scanning arm  These are the newest state-of-the-art benders which require no hand programming or test samples.  These machines have three head carriages which allow for different radius bends in the same part shape.  This feature is on each of our 8 benders and ensures exact factory duplication and precise bends.
