Please include your name, vehicle year, make and model, your fax number and your
phone number. Part number(s) and/or description(s) should be included, as well
as payment information.
Mail in your order
With all mailed
orders, include specifications and/or part numbers and be sure to have your full
address and phone number on the order. All mail orders must be prepaid including
shipping charges. We can accept credit card, money order or cashiers
checks. Sorry, NO PERSONAL CHECKS accepted. When your order is received, a sales
representative will contact you to confirm the order.

Payment
The fastest and most
convenient payment method is by credit card. Inline Tube accepts all major
credit cards including VISA, MASTER CARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS, and DISCOVER.
We also accept
cashiers checks and money orders. All cashiers checks and money orders
should by mailed directly to Inline Tube and have “Attn:
Sales” printed clearly on the envelope. Shipping charges
should be included in your total amount. Also include your name, daytime phone
number, and intended purchase description with the check in the envelope.
C.O.D. Orders
Inline Tube does not offer
C.O.D. shipping. See the above “Payment” section for accepted payment
terms.
Sales Tax
Orders outside the state of Michigan are not required to pay sales tax. All orders placed in the state
of Michigan, add 6% sales tax to your total order amount.
Pricing
Prices in our catalog were
in effect at the time of printing, whereas prices listed on the website
supersede all prices in catalogs. Inline Tube reserves the right to change
prices without notice.
Buying a Quality Product
Inline Tube is very proud of its products. Let us
know your comments and suggestions. If you or your friends have original cars
with original lines that we do not currently have in our catalog, we are
always interested in high quality original lines to use as models for future
lines. Thousands of hours have been invested by our staff retrieving and
duplicating original lines and components if we do not offer your particular
tube give us a call.
Inline Tube Return Policy

Returns & Refunds: Non Stock Items
If the part is a non stock
item, or is made for your specific application, there are NO RETURNS. These
parts are made to order for individual customers, and because they are custom
orders they can not be restocked or resold. If the part is defective,
we will exchange the item and remake your custom part. All straight length
tube cut to length is not returnable. Inline Tube stocks many popular brake and
fuel line sets as listed on our website and in our catalog. Even if an item is a non
stock part, it is made and shipped within 24-48 hours. If you are not sure whether
your part is a stock or non stock item, ask your sales representative for
details.
Returns & Refunds: Stock Items
Inline Tube stock items may
be returned within thirty (30) days from the purchase date. All returns are
subject to a 20% restocking charge. Shipped costs must be prepaid and
merchandise must be in resalable condition (see below). Please follow the
Return Procedure listed below.
Returned items must be in new/unused/resalable condition and must be accompanied
by a copy of the invoice and return authorization number for us to process any
claim. No returns will be
accepted after 30 days from the purchase date. No returns will be accepted for
any portion of a complete set.
Resalable Condition
All returned goods are to be
in resalable condition. This means we will not accept a part used on a car,
greasy, damaged, bent or without the original box. Resalable means in
the same condition as you received it in.
Return Procedures
- Call
customer service and obtain a Return Authorization Number. This number allows the
package to be accepted when it reaches Inline Tube. (No package will be
accepted without a return number.)
- Return
the part in the original box with a copy of the invoice. The invoice
number, located in the upper right corner of the invoice, must be clearly
marked on the box for it to be accepted.
- We
suggest you ship via Federal Express or the United Parcel Service (UPS).
If there is a problem or the package is lost, it may be tracked. Inline
Tube is not responsible for lost packages. Please be aware that mailbox
stores that offer Federal Express or UPS service, charge a service fee. To
avoid these costs, go directly thru Federal Express or UPS.

We do not provide call tag
service for parts pickup. The customer will pay freight on all return
orders. Mailbox stores charge service and packing fees that are not
refundable by Inline Tube.
Damages & Claims:
Damaged Packages - Shipping
Report damaged packages
shipped through Federal Express IMMEDIATELY to 1-800-463-3339. A Federal
Express carrier will then pick up the package. Next, call Inline Tube
at 586-532-1338 and we will file a claim and reship the package. Damages
MUST be reported WITHIN 5 DAYS of receipt of the order.
Wrong Addressed Packages
If a package is returned
because of a wrong address, we will first determine how the mistake happened.
If the mistake is the result of Inline Tube, the shipping costs will be picked
up by Inline Tube. If the mistake is made by the customer, the shipping
costs will by absorbed by the customer. The package will be reshipped only
after shipping payment has been arranged. Large packages will usually not be
accepted by P.O. Boxes a physical address is needed.
Shortages
If there is a mistake on
your order, contact us immediately and we will make arrangements for the exchange
of the correct items. Count and confirm items in sealed bags BEFORE opening
that bag. Please have a copy of the invoice ready when you call. Shortages
must be reported within 7 days.
Inline Tube Shipping Information

Express Shipping
Inline Tube does not offer
any express shipping. All products ship Federal Express Ground and standard
orders are shipped within 24 to 48 hours of receipt. Custom orders or
duplication may require more turnaround time. States close to Michigan
usually receive shipments within a few days, west coast orders can take up
to 5 days.
Canada, Hawaii and Alaska Orders
All Canada, Hawaii and
Alaska orders will be shipped by postal carrier. The cost of shipping to Canada
must be determined after the order is initially placed. A representative
will call back with the shipping rate. Please remember that postal packages
are not traceable, so there will be no delivery times available. Canadian
shipments can take several weeks to get through customs. Please keep
this in consideration for shipments from the U.S. Oversize shipments to Canada, Alaska and Hawaii are shipped via Federal Express and can add a considerable increase in
shipping costs that will be estimated for you at the time of purchase.

Limited Warranties
Inline Tube warrants that
goods sold by it shall be free from defects in material and workmanship, and
shall conform to all applicable specifications and drawings. Inline Tube
liability, whether based on breach of warranty of contract or negligence in
manufacturing, shall by limited to replacement or repair (at Inline Tube
inspection) of the defective or nonconforming goods, or (at Inline Tube's
election) refund of the purchase price. This warranty shall apply, and
Inline Tube shall be liable for replacement, repair, or refund, only if the
buyer has given Inline Tube written notice of the defect or nonconformity within
30 days after the delivery of goods to buyer. Inline Tube assumes no
liability over the results of the use of any goods purchased from Inline Tube
including, without limitation, their use in combination with other components,
assemblies or products, or their suitability for a particular environment. The
foregoing constitutes the sole and exclusive warranty of Inline Tube and
the sole and exclusive remedy of the buyer, and is in lieu of all other
warranties, expressed or implied, as to merchantability, fitness for the purpose
sold, description, quality, or any other matter. Without limiting the
foregoing, Inline Tube shall in no way be liable for loss of use or profit, or
for other collateral, special or consequential damages. Any warranty given
by any other manufacturer or supplier of goods sold or of component parts
thereof is assigned by Inline Tube to the buyer to the extent permissible under
law and terms of such warranty.
